HI All,
I recently read a review posted by someone asking about makeup made in China. made me really think about what I was buying!
Did a brief check and was surprised by who makes makeup in what country. Most brushes are made in China, but I did a brief check on where the makeup was made. Again, not every product was checked, but was surprised at who made what where........
Mally - Canada
BE - USA (YAY!) I stopped using BE, but I may need to reconsider.
Bobbi Brown - USA and Italy.
Laura Geller - Italy
Tarte - china.
IT Cosmetics - USA and China.
I hope am reading the product description correctly - if it states only 'made in china' I am assuming it ALL is made in china (makedup, brushes, etc); as other ones distinctly state - brush (made in China), Makeup made in the USA.
I think it is important to know where our makeup is coming from and what country to support. So to the person who posted that review awhile ago asking about makeup made in China - thank you!!! I will be reconsidering who I buy my makeup from. I think it is important to know who makes the makeup.
