Makeup Help

I need help, I can't find any eye makeup that will last all day. I've tried eye primers and foundation underneath and nothing seems to help. I'm just not one to reapply my makeup throughout the day, but would like for it to not be completely gone by the end of the workday. Open to any suggestions please!
