Anyone so inclined to give up their makeup for this new movement?

YUP!!  I rarely leave my house due to chronic pain--so it's just lip balm for me...

No.

If people want to go without make-up, fine - good for them ... to each her own.  But don't act like you're some kind of martyr if you do.

I like my make-up, I like accentuating my features, I like the creativity involved in the application, I like the positive attention I get from strangers who admire it.  I am a "lipstick feminist" and there ain't nothing wrong with that!

Kudos to those who do, but I just like to wear makeup for me. It makes me feel more confident and comfortable. I'm very pale, I have dark circles and other issues, and I'm far from 25.

I have two friends who have never worn make- up ,they simply have no desire to wear it. I however  have always loved make-up, at this stage of my life I don't wear much, but wear it I do.

What is this movement and how did you hear about it? What they are saying ban makeup?  I do not wear it every day and I went out today to the grocery store and to UPS and the Post ofice and I am confident that I am fine without makeup to those places but I do like wearing makeup and always always lipstick.
