Magnetic eyelashes - Question

I understand how they fit on, but I don’t understand why they don’t slide off....can anybody fill me in? I’d love to try them if I had confidence that they’d actually stay on....

I actually bought them online but I cannot figure out how to get them on! I've played with them, watched youtube videos & still can't get them on. Hopefully you'll be better at getting them on than me.

Re: Magnetic eyelashes - Question

You need to put on mascara before applying the mag lashes. That gives them something to hang on to and gives a more blended look to your lashes. If you try to put them on bare lashes then it's very difficult, if not impossible to get them to go on and if you do they don't look right.

Wow, I had no idea--thanks!  I will try it again after applying mascara.

My hairdresser was just talking about these the other day. Tips for wearing them is to curl the lash strip before wearing them. You need to roll them over something round like a pencil to mimic the shape of your eyelid.  Not sure if this helps. Good luck

I tried them, couldn't make them work, pitched them in the trash.

Apparently, not well, They had them on the models about 10 minutes ago and they were half off. You could see when the model closed her eyes.

Re: Magnetic eyelashes - Question

I am glad that I saw these posts as I was really thinking about buying some of these.  Doesn't sound like it's worth the money or effort!!

Re: Magnetic eyelashes - Question

Good Luck with these! Bought them on Ebay (very inexpensive) for my sister and me to try.

My sister had no problem with them. I found them to be impossible to wear!

Fun to try at the Ebay price!
