Monicakm, If you don't see some depuffing with the Mad Hippies product, one that consistently works for me (I have one under eye that is always puffy) is Mario Bedescu Caffeine Eye Cream. It is a LIGHT hydrator, the slip is smooth so applying concelaer is easy and it stays put. And, don't let the $20 price tag fool you...this is a great product. Full disclosure, I work in beauty (not for any particular brand or company) and have tried eye creams and serums that cost literally 8 to 10 times as much. This eye cream is a sleeper hero for under eye puffiness. Good luck!

If OTC products don't help after a 6-8 week trial, you "could" have a sinus infection or a clogged tear duct.....

@monicakm Try the Mario Bedescu. I have purchased on Am. I'm now using Sunday Riley. Not sure about results yet. I noticed a small puff under my left eye last night. Showed my hus, hoping this was not beginning of puffiness,His reaction, "HE DIDN'T see anything" Still there this morning. CRUD!! No big deal accorging to hus.Spent Sun reading most of day. Wonder if my eyes are just tired. Have you used an under eye cream before? Hope you day is without any pain. May it be fantastic!!!    SLIGO
