I just purchased and love a new Hourglass liner in Voyeur. It's so smooth and glides on wonderfully. The shade is difficult to describe...a dark greyish green which looks so good with my geen eyes.

Check it out because i think it would be a universal, neutral shade.

@Shanus   Thanks for the review..do you line above and below your (upper) eye lashes?

@Shanus

I could only find it in "emerald"...

@Desertdi     I like that color but to heavy handed for me.

@Desertdi Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner seems to be the name of the eyeliner itself.

I don't know if Forest (Emerald green) is the shade that she is using?

This looks awesome.  I do need a good eyeliner for my water line.  Do you know if this is a clean beauty item?  I bought the Kat Von D eyeliner from Sephora  (it is clean beauty for those interested) - I love it but for 27.00 you get half the liner in the twist-up pencil.  It's not a great value for the price.

that emerald color in the photo --if it had some bronze in it, it would look like my most fave color called Brazen by Skinn---its a smudge stick liner that I bought years ago along with 3 other colors and it was really nice on me. I think I tossed it out--- by mistake and can't find it anywhere. My eye color changed after going thru chemo, from a brown to an amber-hazel color---so I can wear most colors well but that Brazen just was the best!!

@Shanus  Question: I did purchase the eyeliner you suggested for the waterline. When lining the bottom, do I line just the inside waterline? Or the waterline and the lower lash line?

BTY - your new eyeliner sounds gorgeous! Thanks for the help.

@Effie54   Do you mean the Sand shade or the Hourglass? If so, the Sand it goes just in the inner waterline to make the eye appear brighter and larger by continuing the white of the eye. The color you use under the lashline should be a fairly light shade, but noticed to define the shape of the eye. I use either topaz or a light charcoal.

This greenish/grey shade is between my upper lashes.

@Mom2Dogs   I only use darker liner between my upper lashes. I rarely line the lid itself.
