MUFE Full Cover Concealer?

I have been interested in trying this concealer for my dark circles (hereditary dark circles). It is the concealer in the tube, which I find hard to believe does a good job at covering due to the consistency of being in a tube. It must be more watery to be dispensed that way?? I need help! Should I try it??
