MM Treasure chest ???

So, I'm finally trying to get all of my stash in the MM Treasure chest, and I'm finding colors that I have that aren't in the list. And some are where 2 or 3 came in a kit, but 1 or 2 aren't listed. Are there 2 lists? I see that there are separate lists for high shines and liners, but the ones I'm talking about are all e/s in jars. Maybe it's just late and I'm missing something. Thanks, experts!
