MJ5....have another question for you

When you started your health change...did you workout on fitness equipment? IF so, what did you use the most and get the most benefit from? DH and I are going for it, so looking at treadmills, ellipticals and encumbent bikes. DD is firm believer in teh elliptical. I just don't know. I do have some slight knee issues, but I KNOW that shedding weight will relieve that.
