I guess it depens on whether Mally is trying to target sensitive people or edgy people. Some folks think it's cool or funny to get others riled up over certain words. Others prefer more decorum and awareness of context.

 

If you're offended, that's on purpose by the brand. It's a marketing technique because they are targeting the people who enjoy seeing you offended. The more offended you behave, he more those offenders enjoy it. I just think all of it is tacky and a little gross and bound to lose its power in the long run.

 

When Mally first named her product Bulletproof, I don't think it had quite the charge to the term that it does now. So continuing with the name means she will begin to attract a different customer base.
