MALLY- New or Repackaged?

Hey ladies- wondered if you can help me out with this. Item # A233650 is showing up as a 'new' discovery kit.... Is this new or is it her TSV she had awhile back ago?? This looks like the TSV to me but I didn't get it before so I'm not sure. I am always looking for great new kits to demo/review on my beauty channel but didn't know if this is really new or if it was a TSV awhile back.... thanks!!!!! Smiley Happy
