I bought the pencil trio from Mally--why I don't know??? but I don't have to turn anything  to use it. the colors were purple, a dark grey and espresso brand---- have to say , they are really nice and stay on forever!! I would try CS and see what they say--once I got a makeup set from Skinn that had a mascara in it---when I went to use it--it was completely empty--not dried out, empty---nothing in it just the brush---should have called but like you thought I had waited too long.

@OnlyShopsOnline   great news!  See, can’t hurt to ask.  A lot of help is given from customer service.  I know some complaints lately, but they really do try.  Glad it will work out for you.

The Mally eyeliners I've gotten in the past are pencils you must sharpen, not the twist top kind.  I 'm using her Starlight Waterproof liner pencil in black which is about half gone now.

 

If you bought the trio that QVC has right now, those aren't the turn top kind.  You will need to use a sharpener.
