I got a teeny-tiny sample of this in my last order. It is REALLY nice. I am guessing it is supposed to be a primer. It applies like a cream. It is white, with a pearl essence to it. I applied it to the back of my (very dry) hand. It is moisturizing, left the skin silky smooth, and the finish leaves a light shimmer. No sparkle, just a light shimmer/sheen. This will undoubtedly be a beautiful summer product to use with a light dusting of powder or under foundation. It isn't greasy/slippery feeling like many primers are. Although, the first couple ingredients are "cones", such as cyclopentasiloxane, polysilicone-11, there are some better looking ingredients such as green tea, several different algaes, mulberry extract, grape extract, Konjac root, caffeine, sodium hyaluronate........

Hours later, my skin still feels hydrated, and running my fingers over the area, I can feel where the base was applied, as it definitely provides a layer on top of the skin...IMO, what a primer should do... I really like this at first glance.
