Re: Loving the Matrix Cleansing Conditioners

LIke KCLadyz, she uses the formula that works for her hair with is medium formula but with fine hair, so the curly on may work for you as curly hair needs max hydration.  It is still on sale right now at beautybrands. If it doesn't work, you can always use it for shaving.

I also tried the curly formula even tho my hair is streight  and fine and it worked well. less conditioning and a deeper clean but made my hair feel light and airy.  It definately had menthol in it.  It seems that even tho they are tailored to a specific hair type they are probably all interchangeable.  The medium formula was the best at smoothing and killing friz at least for me. Other people may get other results

Tigriss....I thought that might be what you referring too. I had an unpleasant discussion a while back with people on here about the famous CC.
WOW! You would have that I insulted their mothers!!! I learned my lesson on that one. :-)

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm up for trying new things.

Thanks again.

Heart Well said.  Unfortunately some people go into worship mode about shampoo.  I know it's a harmless marketing offense, but frankly, I'm tired of this cleasning conditioner tag.

I'm going to step up on my soapbox for a minute.  If it cleans your hair it's a shampoo regardless of the marketing lingo.  I wish the competitors would focus on the ingredients and expected results instead of trying to make it sound like they've reivented the wheel.  Some of us older gals with long memories recall that Pantene and Wella both had shampoos with built in conditioners in them on the market back in the 1960s and '70s, so it really isn't a new concept at all.

The Matrix Cleansing Conditioners smell amazing.  Unfortunately, the one which was best suited for my hair type (coarse) wasn't hydrating enough for me.  In trying some of the new Matrix stuff my hair looked and felt better after using the Exquisite Oil line.

I am on the fence with trying the one for course hair. i do not like the smell. it smells earthy. I thought the fine hair formula to be over conditioning. maybe they people at matrix were drunk when assigning catagories and mybe the fine will work on course LOLWoman LOL
