Can I use this on top of my loose finishing powder (I'm still using and enjoyed Prescriptives Magic Powder) without ruining my other makeup? I'm just wondering if I run this on top of my liquid foundation, blush and powder, if that will affect the look? I really would love the illuminating on the very top.???
