Love WEN, but need help

I have been using Wen for 3 months now and love how it makes my hair have body. I have very fine/limp hair and it does wonders for me, but I'm having this flakey/dry scalp issue now and I've never had any problems in all my life with dandruff. Any suggestions?

I'm using the Lavendar scent, I have just above shoulder length hair, and it's very fine. I also have not changed any medications or anything out of the ordinary.
