Big sale on her site!  What do you use?  I use her Incredible eyeliner, Eye Lid Spackle, and shadows!!!

Her color luster lip gloss is wonderful and I don't even like lip gloss! I also have the "old" full sized compacts of Tropical Hues and Ethereal Rose blushes.

I like her lipsticks but her blush is horrible (powder everywhere).  I have enough lipsticks right now.  In fact I have no business buying any more cosmetics but you know how that goes.

@Coquille, I didn't think it was hot even when she owned it. The CS number was to her NY store; there was no dedicated online CS. I remember calling several times. I guess they tried their best, but they just didn't seem trained to handle all problems.

@suzyQ3 You are right about the customer service being handled from her store. I live a few blocks away from where her store was, so I would take care of some of the problems at the store. The store was always understaffed but some of her employees were not that great. When Laura would walk in, things would change. When she gave up the store, at first, the service was good but then went downhill.
