Looking for a milky cleanser

Hi everyone. I currently have a cleanser for nighttime (which gets my makeup/sunscreen off) and a milky cleanser for the morning. They are both purchased online at a small retailer. I like them both (neither break me out) but they are expensive. I can only order online so add the cost of shipping to it as well. So, I am looking for a milky cleanser first. My skin tends to be on the dry side but not dry patches. That said, I can't use anything that is too emollient either. When I go to the counters, they tell me my skin is "normal" or slightly dry. It is sensitive. It can be prone to breakout. Ideally, once I find the milky cleanser I like, I want to find a replacement for the moisturizer I use (same line) and the nighttime cleanser.

Any suggestions? Clinique has a liquid extra mild but not sure if that is a milky type cleanser or not? Is it any good? I'll take any suggestions (drug store or department store)
