@Boehm Collector   I rarely use self tanner, but on an ocassion when I have on a short sleeve top or legs are showing, I'm still using the Jergens Gradual Tanning Lotion.

I like that it builds up so I can control the color and I get the moisturizing affect at the same time.

@Shanus  .. I normally don't use self tanner either.  But I'm going down the shore in June and don't want to look like a ghost.  LOL  I have also used Jergens Gradual Tanning Lotion but find that it streaks.

To avoid streaking, it's recommended to apply the lotion in fast circular motion, I don't have an issue with it streaking when I use it.

Whichever self-tanner you decide to get, applying it with a mitt (lotions, foams, serums) helps reduce streaking. There are different quality mitts out there but i think MineTan's mitt is a very good one. I never had a streaky problem with that one.

Amazon sells MineTan mitts for about $7. it makes a difference with a good mitt.

@Boehm Collector   I sometimes mix it with my CeraVe or regular body moisturizer. It helps dilute it and spread easily.

One of the age old Beaauty questions: 

 Good Self Tanner???

1)  ALWAYS Exfoliate *FIRST

2)  ALWAYS Lotion, the area *SECOND

    Without these steps, even the Best Self Tanner will fail, usually, IMHO

3a)  Currently, I'm using the following  (fr HSN)
