Hi all. I have having an issue with frizz. I have curly, shoulder length hair. Mostly it is on the top of my head, but sometimes throughout the length as well. I have been reading posts by others on this, and some suggested not using FIG cc since that seems to cause more frizz. I was using 613 alot because it seemed to always work for me, but I stopped using that thinking I was getting an overload of protein. I switched to Tea Tree, which I love, and am trying different combinations with that. My latest combo was with Fig, and that has not gone well. Can anyone make suggestions on what combination might help with this? I am getting a little frustrated because all of the combinations that have worked for me in the past just aren't working anymore. Thanks for your help!!

Just wondering about your system for drying your hair? If you're using a heavy bath towel and rubbing the excess water out of your hair, that could be contributing to your frizz problem. You want to squeeze the water from your hair with an old t-shirt, pillowcase, or paper towels. Are you using a diffuser or concentrator when drying it? As for a product, have you tried Pomegranate Finishing Treatment Creme?
On the new chazdean dot com website there's an entire area devoted to instructional videos and there are several related to frizz control.

Thanks for responding JeanLouise. I use a t-shirt to dry my hair like Chaz instructs. I have not tried the finishing creme. Does that help with frizz? I have to watch the videos on his website - thanks for letting me know about that!
Just for some background - after cleansing, I use 1/2 to 1 pump of CC as a leave in, 3 pumps of styling creme and 6 pumps of mousse on my soaking wet hair. Then I just let it air dry as much as I can and then if still damp, I use a diffuser to thoroughly dry. Those amounts of styling products have always worked for me, but I have tried adjusting the amount and that hasn't helped either.

I don't have hair like yours, but it sounds like you're doing things right. Some people like using ReMoist as their leave-in. Maybe that would give you more moisture than the CC as a leave-in. I believe Chaz recommended the finishing creme. in the past, for frizz and shine. The good thing is that if you want to try it, you can find them really cheap on eBay.

my hair tends to frizz as well especially on the days I air dry. I usually scrunch a few drops of oil through my hair when it's about 3/4 of the way dry then about 1/2 way through the day I spritz with some rtm. Doing that usually seems to help keep the frizz away.

The frizz help on chazdean.com is not working properly. I tried to click on it the other links but it only shows the first one. The other posters are right though. Please let us know when the links are working. Thanks.
