Looking for Calcium Citrate w/ mag without D3...

Does anyone know where I can Calcium Citrate with Magnesium, without added D3 (I get enough). I need 500-1000mgs, and I WILL NOT take take 4-5 pills. So I was hoping for something that meets the mgs in about 1-2 pills. I searched VitaCost and Puritan and a few others. Everything is 4-5 pills, and alot have D3.

So im basically looking for Citrate w/ Mag. 500-1000, no D's...and 1-2 pills.

If anyone can help...please assist me...APPRECIATE!!

Did you check Thorne.com? I don't know if they have this particular supplement, but they do have quite a few supplements.

Have you checked pureformulas? I see a few brands w/o D3. Not exactly sure how much calcium and how huch mag you are needing.

* Now Foods Calcium & Magnesium (love this brand)

* Nature's Way Calcium and Magnesium (love this brand)

*Solgar Calcium Magnesium (decent brand)

BTW, if you take it at bedtime it will help you sleep.

@Dazlin - There is no point in taking more than 500mg at one time. Our bodies can only use that amount. Taking more at the same time just wastes it.

You want capsules, not pills, for better absorption.

Not sure where you can find the combo you want. Andrew Lessman makes several versions so one may work for you.

Calcium can only be absorbed up to 500mg at one time, so taking more than that at at one time is wasted. Take 500mg three times a day and you won't need 4-5 pills.
