Long wear foundation that is not drying???

Ladies,

I live in FL and will be attending some outside events this month. Is there a foundation that will not sink into my face after 15 minutes of heat and humidity that looks "dewy" and not drying?

I was using EL Double wear and today it just brought tightness and wrinkles out. I think I need to try something different. I just read the thread about Colleen and menopause. Ugh, I think that may be my problem.

Any suggestions?
