I rarely paint my nails.  I do toes in summer.  Usually if I paint my fingernails the polish chips in less than 24 hours (expensive or cheap polish.)  I have fairly good nails that I cut a little past the end of my finger.  I have two dogs (one in diapers) and wash my hands probably 25 times a day at least.   I bought the Londontown perfecting nail veil from Hsn in the set of three.  I am really surprised at how this has lasted days and still looks good.  I have only used the whitish color and even if it chipped it would not be as noticeable as a color would be.  I would think if you had chipping or splitting or thin nails you would enjoy this polish.  I cannot speak to what it does to nails long term or even after you take it off because I doubt I will need to remove it for at least a week. Rarely does anything impress me but this has so far.  Hope I am not speaking too soon.

I agree it is the longest lasting nail polish I have used...The color I have is called Lady Luck.. a very deep darker red ...💅

I wear this polish. It lasts perfectly on me until I take it off. Worth the money.

I have tried numerous nude polishes and nothing comes close to the #4 Nail Veil for me. It's nothing like the thick, chalky, nude color polishes, or the nude treatment polishes. The color is perfect, it applies beautifully, and is long lasting.

After I received the #4, I ordered another set. They were sold out of the 3-piece set that you have. When my package arrived, I was delighted to see they sent me the 3-piece set by mistake. I've worn the pink, it's beautiful.

My fave is their 'Crowning Crumpet'. Beautiful pinkish-nude. Two coats and I'm done for over a week, probably closer to two weeks.

Crowning Crumpet is a Lakur, not a Veil. 

The difference between a Lakur and a Veil is mainly the coverage but also with Veils there are more conditioners in them so they are good for your nails so apply them directly onto the nails. With Lakurs you can use them alone, which is long-wearing on their own, or you can choose to use a base/top coat along with the Lakurs. Up to you with that one.

i got the 3pc. set and then ordered the #4 but haven't used. I was hoping HSN would offer a few new colors. Guess i'll stay tuned. I don't know where else to buy it.

Also GMA Deals featured them a while back so I'm constantly checking for them to come back.

A site called sleeknails has quite a few colors, some on sale, and free shipping. GMA has better deals but don't know when they will be back.

@Janey2 @SilleeMee Question: do you only use the polish? Or do you use base and top coat? I used base, polish and top coat and was not happy with results. I do like the veil.

I use their "Lakur" formulas which is a regular polish and offers more coverage than their Veils. I never use a base or a top coat with the Lakurs and they perform perfectly w/o them.
