Living Grace - disappointed!

I always shop in-store at Sephora or Ulta, but was eager to try Living Grace before it was offered in the stores, so I ordered the .5 oz. from philosophy. First of all, it took forever to arrive, (and I live on the west coast, just received it today after ordering it on 9/18)

I spritzed some on, and it was PURE alcohol ! So, I waited for a minute, shook the bottle, sprayed again, and still alcohol ! The alcohol smell did dissipate after a minute, but I shouldn't be smelling alcohol at all even if it's an EDT.

I haven't decided yet if I'm going to spend the $5.95 to return it, or just toss it and call philosophy on Monday. This is really ridiculous!

Has anyone else had this problem with the EDT?
