Lite Stim ??

Recd mine on Tues and have used it for 2 days. The concept is great but I am still not totally sure about this. The only reason I may send it back is I don't know if I will have 30 min a day to just sit and relax. I have to say that it is very relaxing due to the warmth of the unit that I almost started to doze off! Also you can't press it too hard on your skin or you'll have little circles on your skin{#emotions_dlg.scared} Will give it another week and see how it goes.
