Lisa's ironic comment

Let me preface by saying that I like watching Lisa and think she is very pretty and seems smart and fun. That being said, during the mally show she just said that women often get stuck in the makeup look from the happiest time of their life and don't update their look. I thought this was funny because she has a very dark liner around her red lipstick. That look is a pet peeve of mine. I wonder what year its from?
