no, she is due for a haircut change however it isn't even an even coloring job if you look closely looks like they need to do part 2 of the bleaching, she has dark still in it

Her root area looks like her natural gray/white is growing out.

Going blonde is a good way to cover up the root area.  When you are of certain age and your hair is white, you would need to color your roots every two weeks if you want to be a brunette.  (been there, done that)

I think Lisa looks okay as a blonde and it makes sense to go lighter.

I don't care for the first photo at all but it looks OK in the second photo.

I would like to see her in regular clothes with the new blonde....the mens suit and glasses are throwing me off.
