I remember Lisa Rinna had a fashion line o QVC.  Apparently she has a beauty line and was demonstrating her new Rinna Beauty Lip Crayons on her Instagram, and the NY Post picked it up.  I wouldn't have recognized her if they hadn't posted her name.

🕵  Agreed. The model in the top photo has lighter eyes, and very light eyebrows. She also looks much younger than Rinna.

I'd say the top one is most definitely a filter; the other one is probably just heavily photoshopped.

@NYCLatinaMe  - Both pics look photoshopped - especially the first one.  I like her hair in the 2nd pic.  She's always had great hair.
