It is just economics to want a younger job crew.. costs the company less to keep them on as employees. It is just a fact of life. Some people just want to work forever... into their 70's and on. Just makes little sense. Life is short... smell the roses...

Some of the most tenured employees are the BEST employees!!!
Some people HAVE to work into their 70's. They could be caring for anyone or they could have had many children they put thru college and have to pay down debt. Your post is ridiculous.
Some "elderly" employees are the most LOYAL and competent employees. They certainly don't feel entitled the way SOME younger people do.

My only comment ( since I have no idea what the deal is) they seem to be reaching for a younger demographic. This is just my own observation of hipper designers and younger show hosts.
