Lip plumpers?

Are there truly any products that will permanantly increase fullness of lips? I read about Skinn 6x and various other products, but can they really work? My lips are thinner than ever and ill try anything. For me, Buxom does provide a temporary but noticible fullness but only for maybe an hour or so.
