I always stay with Mac, many colors, and stays on all day.  I currently have a lip liner from Laura Mercier and it's also very good.

Kim Gravel's is good, too. (Belle beauty)

 

Wet & Wild gel liners, (but I don't care for any of the shades.)

Urban Decay 1993 and Mented Cosmetics Dope.  @Mindy D Neither of those colors are rosy tones, but if you can find a color you like these pencils are great.  They have really helped hold some color on my lips as we live through this period of having to be masked in indoor public places.
