You don't think these are scary???? I can't even pronounce them. They sound like chemicals-almost all of them. I guess we have different ideas of cosmetic ingredients.

 

sotridecyl Isononanoate, Octyldodecanol, Silica, Ozokerite, Ceresin, Synthetic Wax, Quaternium-18 Bentonite, Ethylene/​Propylene Copolymer, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl Glycol, Tocopheryl Acetate, 1,2-Hexanediol

Most cosmetics are made of chemicals some of which come from nature while others are man-made. When you look closer at any one ingredient then you can get a better understanding of what it actually does and where it comes from. Sometimes their names can be scary and intimidating when you don't know what your looking at.
