Limited Edition Hope...

Okay, please allow me to preface this by saying I realize my concern may seem terribly petty...so be nice. Smiley Happy

I ordered the limited edition "Oprah" box of the Hope in a Jar with the sample offer. I didn't get the sample, but I'll survive. What I did get was a tiny envelope with this product stuffed, and I do mean stuffed, inside. From the perspective of someone wanting to keep this box, this order was a dud. Every corner was damanged, two sides completely creased...it was simply a mess. I contacted customer service but they could be of no help. Basically, this is my silly way of venting. Anyone else disappointed, or was I simply unlucky?
