Lightstim users-I have a ? about time.

I have been wondering if I can use the Lightstim for longer than 3 min on each section of my face. I rather enjoy the warmth and I know some use theirs twice a day, so could I use use it 10 min on each place or do 5 min and the start the rotation over?
