Light Stim return policy?

If anyone remembers, do you know if the Light Stim that I received on the 15th of November still qualifies for the holiday return policy of Jan 31st? I couldn't remeber if that had a 60 day policy or not. There is no video of the product anymore to check. I love my Palovia, but don't think the Light Stim is doing anything.
