Can I get some recommendations from those of you who use make up to cover scars or discoloration on your legs. I have a lot of scars from being careless with the razor in my younger years and quite a bit of pigmentation. I would like to go without panti hose and not be ashamed of my legs.

Hello...my sister has a lot of blue spider veins and she hates panty hose. She doesn't tan her legs, so she swears by Joan Rivers Leg Makeup. She used it for a wedding we went to last April and I couldn't believe how flawless her legs looked. Not sure if its still available on qvc.

Hi @KathyPet
I have used sally Hansen airbrush legs -to give my legs instant color and found that it covered vein on my leg very well - and it had great staying power and didn't rub off on my clothes
I used the cream formula and bought it at CVS

Another recommendation for Sally Hansen. It stays on till you wash it off with soap and water, and looks natural. The key is finding a shade that's close to your skin color.

I like the Sally Hansen as well, but have only tried the spray can. The spray nozzles clog up easily, so the cream would probably be the better choice.

I'm glad that you asked this question. My legs could also use a little touching up, but I worry about transfer onto skirts or shorts. Do these products stain or transfer onto clothing?

Did anyone see that Rancic woman on HSN with a TS? Her legs were orange and did not go with the rest of her body. It looked awful. When you mentioned legs, this Rancic woman came to mind. I don't use self tanners so I will be of no help. Good luck. ![]()

It stayed on so well that even after showering it didn't come off !
it came off when I shaved my legs the next day

@KathyPet, never never never be ashamed of your legs, or any body part. This "being ashamed" because we are not visually perfect has got to go. Be happy that you have (I assume) working legs; don't be ashamed if they are less than perfect.

I tryed Sally Hansen Cream in Med. & my legs were orange! So I was told by the Walgreens SA to try it in the Dark which wasn't orange but too dark for me & gave to a friend that loves it. I use JM's Body Butter,.... the illuminizing one with color on my legs which is perfect for me. It is the 19 oz she had recently on QVC....I gave some to my daughter & mom, I could not possibly use that amount up. I did mix some with her reg. body butter since its too dark for my arms etc.
