Leaving the house without makeup...how do some women do it so well??

I am so envious of those LUCKY women who can look flawless each day without a smidgen of makeup!! I am beginning to wonder if my years of constant makeup have contributed to my ruddy skin, dark eyes and red nose that make it very, very uncomfortable to go out without any concealer.

How and when do you all feel comfortable without your makeup on??
