I haven’t used BGT very long to say one way or the other on what effect it has on my hair. However TT and Lav have a much stronger smell IMO. So if you like the smell it’s great. TT is my favorite scent so far. BGT has a more subtle elusive smell which makes it my second fav for scents.

I have bought Cucumber Aloe, 6/13, Fall Apple Spice (hubby fav), Gardenia something ( I don’t recall) Sweet Almond Mint, Tea Tree, Lavender and Bamboo Green Tea.

Yup - that is my experience as well. (Fine, thin, dry hair for me.)

jp926, I'm so glad you mentioned this. Lisa Robertson said this a few times during the midnight hour and I was surprised that I was hearing this for the first time because I've been using Wen for over three years.

I have thin/fine hair (and *not* a lot of it). While I loved how the LAV smelled, didn't give my hair body or volume. It was also a bit drying on my hair (probably because of the witch hazel in it).

jlzmom, I would suggest the TT because it's a really safe place to start. Most of the people on this board incorporate the TT into their cleansing routine, and can't think of the last time I heard a complaint about it (except that it doesn't smell as nice as the LAV). -- Someone recently started a thread on TT which might be of interest to you:

Shocked! Tea Tree is my new fav!
