Very pretty and really the only thing in the April issue that's interesting and worth buying.

I think I may buy this TSV just for the blush and eye shadow. Everything else is lagniappe. The shadow looks matte, hoping that's what it is. I love the shape of the blush and the color. I just can't tell if it's shimmery. I think I want it anyway it's so cute. I'll make it work with my shimmer down powder.
