Laura, I'm so sorry that you didnt get to present your todays special value. Since Lisa did all the talking I wasn't able to see your excitement in bringing us the first balance and brighten with SPF. I think the models were all laughing because they were realizing that she spoke for the whole hour. When you did try to talk Lisa would say "Oh, by the way, the phones are really busy and we only have so many left." The whole hour was ridiculous. I can't wait to see your next presentation with a host who i hope will let you speak!
