Laura Geller's website customer service

Has anyone tried to contact their customer service via email and actually got a response? I've tried twice and never get an answer. I remember having issues with their customer service a few years back (phone) but thought it would get better over time, especially now that they no longer operate out of the store since I heard it was kaput.

I lied. I did contact them a third time to say that they really should reply to their customers! I am finding IT Cosmetics is now also not bothering to reply to emails. They used to be slow, but now..... For me, customer service is everything. None of these companies are irreplaceable, so I choose not to give them my business any longer!

Re: Laura Geller's website customer service

well still, you shouldn't have to email them three times and basically scold them before they answer! Sheesh. That is a shame to hear about IT- they responded to me fairly quickly but took 3 months to actually answer my question (I actually think they were stalling and hoping I'd forget it- it had to do with the source-animal or other-of their collagen).

You are right though, customer service is everything to me as well and no company is so special to me that they can't be replaced by another company with equally as good products AND great customer service. And those that never answer tend to get scratched off my list of companies I buy from. LG is about to be scratched off.

HD, is the store shuttered now? I notice that the site still has the contact number to call.

LG has the worst customer service...I quit ordering from her website also. If I need a product I use of hers I get it here or Ulta, (and not the Ulta website, I won't use their's either, only shop in store, sadly)

disappointing to hear. I guess my lack of response isn't a fluke. I am surprised she has such horrible CS.

HD I did call their CS phone number a couple of months ago and someone answered right away. She handled a problem I had with an item ordered from their website swiftly and sounded quite professional. I was impressed with how smoothly things went. I agree, someone should definitely respond to your emails, but if you haven't tried calling that may be an option. I've heard they were lacking in customer service and that is why I was so surprised with the help I received over the phone. Hope you'll get a response soon
