Laura Geller "Tropics" TSV -- Anyone else have this problem???

I received my "Tropics" TSV, and I am shocked at the shade of the Balance and Brighten. I ordered "Regular"; the one I received is extremely LIGHT!!! And it is a "powdery" LIGHT.

I already use the "Regular" B&B, so I know that shade is perfect for me. I also have the travel B&B in "Fair." The B&B I received in the TSV is much lighter than "Fair." It must be defective. It makes me look like a ghost.

Has anyone else noticed this problem???

I know what's going to happen when I call CS about this. They will want the whole kit returned, and there will not be any replacement kits available. {#emotions_dlg.mad}
