Apparently, I gave my email and contact info for a discount since I was out of under eye liner.  

I get texts 2-3x a day!  Every time I look at my phone I delete the LG site.

I have been on the site no less than 5 times to hit "unsubscribe".  No change.

I did a live chat yesterday and explained my issue.  She removed my email and phone number from the data base.

Today I had 2 texts!!!!

@ECBG   I've ve also noticed websites have gotten very aggressive and ignore requests to "unsubscribe".  Maybe it's time to contact the Federal Trade Commission.

She is also advertising on Ovations Channel so much it's very irritating.

For me sometimes it can take a few weeks for a site to stop sending emails after I submit a request to unsubscribe me.

Replying "STOP" should solve your issue.  No need to get all bent out of shape.

Open a LG email and hit report spam on your phone or on your computer email program.

For me with some businesses, I receive multiple e-mails a day.

I'm just guessing, but I'm thinking that it might be because they're trying to get us to try and shop more due to economic reasons.

I'm also noticing that I'll buy something from a business, and then right after I buy something, I'll get an e-mail offer for 20% on my next purchase.

I sound frustrated here, but that 20% would have really helped me out with my other purchase!
