Laura Geller and Mally. How do you find out in advance what is available. Pre orders?

Hi. I am brand new to this Beauty Banter site. I have been reading that people know in advance what the Today's Special Value's are and what is in them. How do you find out this information? Also, I am seeing that people are pre-ordering these as well? How do you do this. If anyone can help me that would be great? Thanks!!!!
