Received yesterday and opened the pink one and it was already primed to be used. Maybe it was used in demos!
Checked the peach one and it was not primed which is the way it was supposed to be. The presentation made sure we knew this.
I am not sure if I should be concerned using the primed one.

I would have them replace it but I don't know how aggravating it is to return things to QVC and if they make you pay for the return or make you return it at all. Or how long/arduous the customer service process is. I don't like putting up with all those things now that I'm older and 100% of my shopping is on-line. So Sephora, Amazon and WM (pickup) it is. I find the process of returns/exchanges fast and painless.

I would return them but let QVC know that you received one used! You shouldn't have to pay return shipping for that. Call Customer Service first before you return it and let them know what's happened.
I bought both of those blushes from the LG website and they were definitely not primed when I received them.

Thank you JudyL....I appreciate your input. Sure is discouraging to get used makeup. It's so wrong for health reasons.
