My order came today.  One of the colors, Mocha was smashed and everywhere, outside the box, on the container.  Inside the pallette a mess, Tried to dump it out but it was on everything, one color.  The packaging is poor.  The board that the colors sit on was not centered in the holes, instead they lean on the lower edge.  Also because the container is cardboard it lays on the colors.  Good luck to those that ordered it.  The colors are nice.  It will be returned.

I wonder if the ones breaking are a bad batch?  I ordered the 20 years celebration one from  qvc the 2nd day it was offered.  Mine arrived fine.

I bought the island do escape from ulta.

Could be.  Mine was definitely not set centered in the holes.  That combined with the packaging, i believe the cardboard too was pressing on the colors because there was an impression on half of them.  Maybe they cooked them too long and some were more brittle than others?  Ill probably catch it when it arrives at Ulta and i can inspect it prior to purchasing.
