Latisse???

I used to have really long thick lashes but about a month ago they started to fall out- first my right eye then my left!! Long story short went to the doc yesterday and he thinks it due to stress- been under allot of it for awhile. He gave me a prescription for Latisse. Got it filled yesterday (even tho crazy expensive and I really can't afford it but I am desperate) Can anyone tell me their experience with it -results etc. I have been reading on-line about other products that work just as well but cost less-Any info would be greatly appreciated!
