Last day for SMC?

Hello! I love the SMC RTM and I'm planning to stock up on some more, but I'm thinking of waiting to purchase them until the day of the Wen TSV coming up. Is August 31st the last day to get SMC items? Thanks! =]
Edit: I forgot to mention that I plan to get the TSV in fig. It's currently sold out Smiley Sad, so I'm not able to order them all together right away.
