Large bump from using Purity

I used to love to use Purity, however I've stopped using it because I have gotten an ugly bump that will not go away. I'm thinking I'll have to make an appointment with a dermatologist.

Has anyone else gotten rid of bumps without going to see a doctor.

I'm positive it's from using Purity!!
