Re: Large Isomers Copper-P

[ Edited ]

Me neither @Nightowlz! I did not know that, until last visit Manuela said that! I used to LOVE the Desert Youth the best, so now knowing Forever Youth it's better version, I am giving it much more hope and attention. I also ordered a Retiniacin kit  (my third spare Retiniacin) now for a ridiculously low price of $35 for two bottles, only because I learned it had in a former my favorite Desert Youth!

@Nightowlz & @sonechko

Thanks for the ideas and info.

Going to check out the Forever Youth Cream duo and send an email to Isomers.  I have used the Desert Youth and liked it.

As to using up one of those big ol' jugs of anything, I hear you.  I cannot even remember what I paid now, but if the 1 oz is $58, it must have been over $100.  Yikes!

I had big bottles of Matrixyl 20%, Copper P and H Pur 100 Advanced moisture magnet.  Truth be told, I forgot what they all did and one day, started slathering all three serums head to toe.  They were opened and aging, and I didn't want to waste them.  I did this over the winter and, honestly, I think it helped with dryness and my skin seemed smoother and less irritated.  I don't have a before and after, so only going by what I see.

If I had ONLY used them on my face I'd still have full bottles.  I figured, what the heck, might as well get ALL my skin in better shape!

I have used Isomers since Manuela first presented.  I ordered random items each time she was on and ended up with lots of things I just didn't know what to do with.  In the last few years, I stopped buying and my stash is down to a few bottles.  With so much stuff, I had just tuned out her shows.  Not to mention she kept offering more and more products adding to my confusion of what to use where.

All that to say, knowing that her products really DO work has renewed my appreciation for them.  I think the key is to just have a few things you use faithfully that work for you.

Tried the Wrinkle Viper and not sure it made a difference so I won't repurchase.  But I am going to look for things that make sense to my life.  Mostly, maintaining what I have.

I've got great skin for my age and have taken care of it.  There is so much stuff out there that it is overwhelming.  I've tried enough to know that a lot of it does not work for me.

There is always a drum beat to buy something new and different, but my red eye sockets are living proof that new and different isn't better.  I had no idea I was sensitive to Retinol, but now I know.

I also loved the Desert Youth & it has not been on in a long time. I also use her Retiniacin. I have not been able to use it or any other retinol type product since Feb. I tried the retiniacin on a few places on my face to see what would happen & those places were all red & irritated. I don't know how much longer I will have to wait before I can start using it again. Wondering if I will ever be able to use it again. My face never was sensitive before but it's really sensitive now.

I have all those same products. The large Copper P, Moisture Mask, HPur,

Matrixyl. I really like her Accelerated Recovery Serum, Fast Eye Lift & Glutathiosome products. Just bought the bonus size Accelerated Recovery Serum last show.

I see Evine has FREE SHIPPING TODAY with their card. LOL!!!

"Not to mention she kept offering more and more products adding to my confusion of what to use where."

My suggestion to this problem, @Witchy Woman, would a very powerful one, that helped me a lot to eliminate the confusion about so many products to choose from!

This is to go on Isomers dot ca (for Canada) site itself, and from the main page to open a tab "Suggested Routines". Scroll down below, and you'll see a few choices of products in each category, i.e., cleansers, serums, creams, that ARE the BEST for YOUR age category.

From that - you are all set. You'd know what to watch for on presentation, what to use in your routine, and what will work for you specifically at Isomers full might.

This changed everything for me, and I found myself now being able to hear what Manuela says, and comprehend it much better. My list of products is narrowed, my stash is getting much more manageable, as well as effective.

Of course, I still check her newly released products as she comes up with them, and either continue with them or not. And of course, I pay attention to products, which are not on my age category list, well something - like Copper P!

Thanks for the info as to what this product does. I was curious.

I use Castor oil, Vitamin E oil or other oil blends I have & find they calm & heal my skin wonderfully.

Thanks so much for the suggestion to check the Isomers site for suggested products!

I never knew about it and, agree, it's going to help me know what to buy next time she is on.

I like to add Argan oil with some of my other facial products sometimes. I have been using different oils on my scalp lately. Yesterday I applied argan oil, some Wen lilac & pomegranate oils with some rosemary oil to my scalp before washing it. Sometimes I add argan oil to my shampoo & condtioner or just the conditioner. There are a lot of nice oils out there.

I bought two 16oz bottles a year ago when they were offered and I am still working on my first one.  It is almost gone but I suspect I have another month, if not longer, of use. It is never ending.  I use it on my face and neck as a serum every day and night. It has lasted at least a year. Yes, I think that is a great way to describe it - calming.  It doesnt do more  than that but I do feel it has a calming effect.  As a matter of fact, it really did help with dryness this winter.  I didnt get the flakies like I usually do.  I do like having and using it. I have another bottle in stock and will re-evaluate when that is gone.  I bought these bottles at a great price as part of a kit, I dont know if I am willing to pay a high price for it.

@Witchy Woman Not only, Sweetheart, you'd know what's to buy, and what to skip, you will also start developing much better UNDERSTANDING of Isomers, of Manuela "sales pitch", and of the effectiveness of your Isomers stash!

With this knowledge I did become so much more dilligent with my morning/night routines, when I was not so much before, when I had too many products and did not know what to use, when, how and why.

Now, with better understanding, I do want to find a time in a day to watch Manuela's presentations, when before it was too much, too fast, and too "over my head" sales pitch!

Now it is easier to elicit the needed info, and apply all newly discovered tricks and tips, as well as better stash myself on super-deals.

I now get only a "one" of a product, that I have not used before, because I know, it will come back soon, and probably in some great package and at better price point.

When you see your suggested routine, maybe it's even useful to print it, and have it handy to read once in a while, till those products names will set themselves in your head and in your memory. Also, scrolling down below the age categories, there are suggested products for certain skin problems.

As you will see, there is a choice of a few products, and you can use either one. Of course, some will work for you individually better than the others....  So, when there is a great deal on your product - you'd know to go for it!
